Ambulatory Accreditation Certificate

AAAHC provides one complimentary certificate of accreditation to each accredited organization upon successful completion of accreditation, as reflected in the organization's decision letter. Please note this certificate is for organizations that have earned Ambulatory Accreditation only. Accredited organizations may order additional certificates for a fee.
