Ambulatory Accreditation with Medical Home Certificate

AAAHC provides one complimentary certificate of accreditation to each accredited organization upon successful completion of accreditation, as reflected in the organization's decision letter. Accredited organizations may order additional certificates. Please note this certificate is for organizations that have earned Ambulatory Accreditation with Medical Home only.
