Credentialing and Privileging Toolkit

The Credentialing and Privileging Toolkit outlines the process for obtaining evidence of legal and professional qualifications and authorization for a health care professional to provide specific procedures, services, or manage specific patient issues based on the provider’s documented credentials. The toolkit includes flowcharts on how to set up a credentialing and privileging process at your organization and the steps to credential and privilege a provider.
